Treefrogs (10-13 years)
The Treefrog Semester Program is a 10-week course designed to get kids introduced to the sport of indoor rock climbing.
The course focuses on three main areas; fun, safety and learning. Your child will learn the basics of rope management (belaying) and tying a climbing knot along with all the climbing safety checks. Each week consists of 2
hours during which time there will be lots of climbing and some climbing related games and activities. All activities are conducted under the watchful eye of one of Vertically Inclined Rock Gym’s expert instructors and take advantage of the facility’s amazing climbing surfaces and safety equipment. The kids’ natural climbing abilities will quickly show through, and at the end of 10 weeks, you’ll be amazed to see all the skills your kids will have mastered, and the walls that they will be dancing their way to the top of!
